What we do
We maintain a database of credit cards — fees, earn rates, welcome offers, intro APRs, transfer partners and point values — and publish rankings and guides built from it. Pages are signed by the team rather than by individual names because no single person decides a ranking: the same published scoring model ranks every card, and every page goes through the same sourcing and review process described below.
Where the data comes from
Card terms are taken from each issuer’s own website and public disclosures, and each card record keeps a link to its issuer source page. When an issuer page and a third-party source disagree, the issuer page wins. Point values and transfer-partner ratios are checked against each loyalty program’s own terms.
How it is verified
Verification runs every day in two steps: an automated scanner re-checks issuer and program pages and flags anything that changed, and an editor reviews each flagged change before it reaches the site. Pages rebuild automatically when the underlying data changes, and each page shows the date its data was checked.

If something on a page is wrong, we fix it and note the correction. Our corrections policy explains how to report an error and how quickly we act on it; you can also reach us through the contact page.
Editorial independence
No issuer or partner can pay to be included, left out or ranked higher. Some Apply buttons may be partner (affiliate) links; they are labelled, and whether a card has one is never an input to its score or its position. See the editorial policy, the methodology and the affiliate & ads disclosure.
