How we’re funded, and what that can’t change
YourBestCards is free to use. We may earn money in two ways: display ads, which are served by Google AdSense and labelled by Google, and commissions from some links to cards we list, paid by the issuer if you are approved, at no extra cost to you.
Today this site shows no ads and has no paid links. If that changes, ads will be labelled by Google and paid links will be labelled next to the button: a partner link is an “Apply now” button with a “Partner” tag and “Partner link · Affiliate disclosure” right under it (or a paid link is labelled “Paid link” next to the button).
Neither is an input to our scores
Every card is ranked by the same published methodology whether or not it earns us anything, and no issuer or advertiser can pay to be included, left out, or moved up.

Card terms come from our database and are verified on each issuer’s own website, and shown with the date they were last confirmed. We recheck on a rolling schedule and re-rank whenever a card’s data changes, and any estimate is labelled as an estimate. Offers change often, so confirm current terms with the issuer before you apply.
