How we track offer history

  • Our database records every change to a card’s welcome offer. The log starts on April 22, 2026, so every “highest” and “lowest” on our site means “since April 2026”, never all-time.
  • We compare each offer’s headline bonus amount (points or miles, or dollars for cash offers) within the same card. A change counts only when that amount changes; rewording, or a blank gap while data refreshes, does not. Cards whose offers have no such amount, or switch between units, are not included. Spend requirements and time windows are not compared.
  • Only cards with at least one recorded change are listed here, so a card that has simply never changed is not shown as “at its high”.
  • This list is ordered by number of tracked changes, not by our card scores. It does not change any ranking, and partner links never affect it.

Frequently asked questions

What does “at its tracked high” mean?

The card’s current welcome offer has a headline amount equal to the highest we have recorded for that card since April 2026. It says nothing about offers before then, and it is not a prediction that the offer will rise or fall.

Is this the best the offer has ever been?

Not necessarily. Our log starts in April 2026, so an earlier, larger offer would not appear here. We never call a tracked high an all-time high.

How do you compare offers?

We compare each offer’s headline bonus amount (points, miles or dollars) for the same card. Rewording the offer, or a gap while data refreshes, is not a change.
