Our commitment to accuracy
Card data — rewards rates, annual fees, introductory APRs, and benefits — is sourced from issuer websites and public disclosures. We update data regularly and run automated checks against issuer sources. Despite these efforts, card offers change frequently and errors can occur.
How we correct errors
- Data errors (wrong fee, rate, or offer details) are corrected as soon as we identify them. Scores recalculate automatically when underlying data changes.
- Editorial errors (factual mistakes in written content) are corrected and noted with an updated date.
- Methodology changes are announced on the methodology page with an explanation of what changed and why.
Report an error
If you notice incorrect card information, a broken link, or any other error, please let us know. We review all correction requests and respond promptly.
